Consultation
Whatever your venture, there is a lot to consider before deciding to invest in Tentipi Event Tents. Ed and Chris are happy to walk you through every step – from making initial plans right through to technical and practical considerations prior to, and even after, installation – providing guidance and sharing our knowledge and expertise.
Our free investment planning sessions help you understand the overall capital investment required (over and above our tipis), revenue streams, fixed and variable overheads, cost of sales, and much more. We have years of real-world experience and love nothing more than to share our knowledge. Site Visits
If you are unsure about the suitability of your site, or if you are unsure how to bring your vision to life, we are very happy to conduct a free face-to-face site visit (UK) or virtual site visit (international) to make a full site evaluation and advise you on considerations that need to be made and help determine the best solution for you.
Tentipi Library
We have an extensive library of information that has been developed over the years, drawing from our vast experience in the tipi industry.
Prospective customers, who are planning to use our tipis for the first time have access to a suite of tools, including an outline tipi business plan, sample cashflow forecast, and a draft 3-year profit & loss spreadsheet.
Once a purchase has been made, our customers have access to a floor-planning tool, photo pack (for marketing), health and safety documentation and a fully comprehensive training programme.
User Guide
Our User Guide is a step-by-step installation guide for the safe use of our products. It contains all the tips and tricks we have learned over the years and is supported by dozens of diagrams and videos showing all the key processes.
Training and Installation
For customers who do not have the ability to build our tents themselves, we offer a complete installation service. Starting with an initial site survey, through to delivery, build and sign off. During build we can advise on considerations that should be made prior to build and throughout the life of your tents if they are to be kept up permanently. We also have a network of partners who offer services in relation to building, dismantling and ongoing maintenance.
For those who need to be able to build and dismantle their tents themselves, our training courses deliver professional and expert ‘hands-on’ guidance, on a site of your choice with your tipis. Depending on your time and budget, we can tailor a 1, 2 or 3 day course to suit your needs. Covering all aspects of building, dismantling, safe transportation, suitable storage and health and safety we ensure that every detail is covered and gives new owners the confidence and skills they need to get off to a strong start.
Networking
If you’re working with a tricky site, a new tipi setup, or a fresh crew, we can send a friendly expert to lend a hand. In many of the places we operate, local Tentipi rental partners can help with setup, takedown, and maintenance — and we’re more than happy to introduce you!
If you have a technical question about your Event Tents, we will have the answer. If it relates to a tricky site, a difficult weather situation, or a complicated build, we’ve probably been in that situation before.
Cleaning and Repair
Our Authorised Cleaning and Repair Partner offers a complete service to keep your tipis in tip-top condition. Whether your canvas just needs an annual clean, or if it needs any repairs (from a tiny nick, or a full panel replacement), they will be able to assist using only Tentipi approved materials and methods.
Ongoing support
We’re here for you long after your tipi is up. Whether you have questions, need advice, or run into an issue, our team is just a call or email away. We offer ongoing support for the life of your tipi — no matter how long it’s been. We regard helping our customers with such issues as one of our greatest strengths.
